Who Am i?

From an early age, I have harbored a passion for culinary arts, inspired by my grandmother a skilled cook. With a background in Tourism in São Paulo, Brazil, I specialized in Food and Beverage. Subsequently, I founded my own hotel, dedicating myself with care to providing a diverse range of breakfasts and brunches.

After a few years, I decided to further enhance my knowledge by undertaking a gastronomy course in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at a renowned school. Experiences as a chef in various restaurants allowed me to refine my skills and specialize in food safety. I served as a restaurant manager both in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and São Paulo, Brazil.

Currently based in Los Angeles, I continue my passionate culinary journey. I cater to regular clients, visiting their homes to prepare weekly meals. Additionally, I am hired for special events, brunches, and dinners.
